Djurwa is a profit for purpose business and one of our three strategic pillars is “Rejuvenating Lives”. We’re aiming to create long-term sustainable value by provide meaningful employment, training, development and business ownership opportunities to vulnerable community members, particularly Aboriginal ex-offenders. We understand the challenges ex-offenders face when trying to find employment, and we’re focused on helping them overcome these challenges.

Reboot Australia is a social enterprise specialising in employment for those who’ve been incarcerated. We’ve been working with Reboot to identify candidates for our Victorian operations, and we’ve had some great success so far.

The Djurwa team recently caught up with Job MacShane, National Manager for Reboot to discuss future opportunities for collaboration.

We’re planning to share some of the success stories we’ve had with Reboot very soon, so stay tuned!
