Mas National, in collaboration with Aboriginal Employment Strategy for South Western Sydney in Penrith, deliver workshops to First Nation women of Western Sydney to help them develop the skills and confidence needed to embark on meaningful and sustainable careers.

Last Thursday, our Indigenous Engagement Manager, Natalie ‘Nanii’ Davies spoke to the women at the Nepean TAFE campus about job opportunities at Djurwa and our partner company BINGO. Nanii also discussed the empowerment that comes with following your passion into your career and overcoming challenges by surrounding yourself with genuine supporters.

“It is very difficult to achieve your goals when you have people around you who do not support your vision. Surround yourself with cheerleaders who will celebrate your success.

“When it comes to negative or nay-sayers in your life, trim the fat off and only keep the steak!” Natalie said.
